Each school motivates its teachers, and students, to participate in the Madrasati coding competition p in the second stage.
Determine the type of participation, individual or group (3 participants as a maximum).
- Forming a working group for collective participation within the school.
- Registration through the competition platform for the students.
- Attending training in one of the available training methods: (virtual meetings - self-training from the back-to-school platform - training from the Education Department) for the track.
Designing the project according to the required standards and controls.
Produce a high-quality video explaining the project.
- Upload the project and video to the approved platform.
Attending the personal interview (the participant or the work team) in person or remotely if the panel of arbitrators selects the work.

- Conducting a personal interview with the participant or the work team in the event that the work is nominated to win if the panel of arbitrators so requests.

- Supervising the formation of the work teams participating in the two competition tracks.

- Ensure that the works of teachers, and students participating in the competition, are uploaded through the platform designated for that.
Assigning one of the school’s teachers or administrators to carry out the tasks and work of the competition coordinator within the school.
- Educating teachers, and students, to participate in the competition through bulletins and group and individual meetings.
- Facilitating the participation of teachers in the competition and addressing the challenges they may face.
- Communicate with technical support to address the challenges that the participating teachers and students may face.
- Follow up on promoting the work of teachers, and students participating in the competition, through the platform designated for that.
- Communicate with the executive committee in the education departments regarding the conduct of the competition.
- Coordination with the winners/winners regarding receiving their prizes and attending the closing ceremony.
