Encourages education departments, departments of education, and schools associated with them to participate and provide support to teachers and students
The tasks of the Education Department continue in a competition programmed (2) according to the circular of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Education No. 79328 dated 01/08/1442.
Follow-up the competition work at the level of the educational administration in the region, with the participation of educational leaders in the administration.
-Attending the induction sessions for the competition tracks and using the approved platform to register and upload works.
- Follow-up and coordination of training for teachers, and students in the educational administration.
- Follow up on the number of registered students at the level of the educational administration during the first and second periods.
- Ensure the correctness of the information and attachments related to the participants’ work uploaded on the platform during the first and second periods.
- Supporting and following up the participation of teachers, and students, in the competition.
Registration of participants from 25% of the education administration schools in the competition tracks.
- More than 10% of the participants in the teachers track registered in the Education Department in the first period.
- More than 35% of the teachers participating in the competition attended the training sessions.
- Recording the participation of more than 25% of students in the Education Department in the first and second periods.
- More than 25% of the registered students attended the training sessions in the first and second periods.
Provide 4 office hours per week for the duration of the competition from the central trainer or coach teacher to support the participants in the competition projects.

- Facilitating the participation of teachers in the competition and addressing the challenges they may face.
- Communicate with technical support to address the challenges that the participating teachers and students may face.
- Follow up on promoting the work of teachers, and students participating in the competition, through the platform designated for that.
- Communicate with the executive committee in the education departments regarding the conduct of the competition.
- Coordination with the winners/winners regarding receiving their prizes and attending the closing ceremony.
